Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in grant administration or related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and federal grant regulations (2 C.F.R. Part 200, EDGAR).

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day oversight of grants and contracts administration.
  • Works directly with the Accounting Office (Grant Accountant).
  • Assists in obtaining and interpreting program guidelines.
  • Supports the budget administration process and annual budget development.
  • Reviews budget submissions for completeness, accuracy, and authorization.
  • Assists with federal reporting and budget allocation for Title III activities.
  • Maintains audit-ready documentation and supports Single Audit preparation.
  • Ensures expenditures comply with regulations and provide audit trails.
