Job summary

Harris-Stowe State University in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Title III Budget Analyst for grant-based budget and fiscal support to ensure funds are properly budgeted, expended, documented, and reported in compliance with applicable regulations.

The role supports the Title III program and reports to the Executive Director of Title III & Fiscal Compliance Officer. The position is 100% grant-funded through the end of the current grant cycle (Sept 30, 2027) with potential continuation into the next

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in grant administration or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of 2 C.F.R. Part 200 (Uniform Guidance) and EDGAR is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day grants and contracts administration.
• Work with the Accounting Office (Grant Accountant) to manage budgets.
• Assist in obtaining and interpreting program guidelines and preparing budget documents.
