Job summary

Truist is seeking a Centralized Service Manager to oversee third party relationships, risk assessments, and contract activities. You will coordinate with business units and TPROF to improve risk, cost, quality, and ease of doing business within the bank.

The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and governance across multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and training.
• Seven years of experience in third party management, risk oversight, sourcing or procurement.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and relationship skills.
• Effective communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage third party risks per TPRM policies.
• Engage with the Business Unit to define service scope and requirements.
• Monitor third party relationships to ensure service quality and cost savings.
• Coordinate due diligence questionnaires and risk reviews.
• Develop supplier performance metrics and conduct periodic reviews.
• Ensure contract compliance and proper invoicing.
• Act as liaison between third party and line of business.
