Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, risk management, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in Third Party Risk Management or related process improvement.
• Experience with risk identification, due diligence, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and using risk management tech platforms.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Curious, proactive, and able to research solutions independently.
• Execution-focused with strong follow-through.
• Enterprise risk perspective in evaluating risk and actions.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Process improvement experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, and execute daily Third Party Risk Management operations.
• Perform due diligence on complex, high-visibility third parties.
• Provide backup leadership support to the Third Party Risk Management Leader.
• Support stakeholders across business, risk, and program teams.
• Mentor emerging team members to build capability and consistency.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes, tools, data quality, and visibility.
• Use data to monitor activity and support leadership decisions.
• Educate stakeholders on roles, processes, and procedures.
