Job summary

Truist seeks a Centralized Service Manager to oversee day-to-day management of outsourced services and applications. You will facilitate risk assessments, contract review, due diligence, and fourth party oversight to align with sourcing strategy.

You will coordinate with division partners to ensure compliance, quality, and cost efficiency across the organization. In this role, you will manage supplier performance, establish metrics, and communicate status to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related training.
• Seven years of experience in third party management, risk oversight, sourcing, procurement, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills; experience with senior management.
• Experience with third party management and procurement processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying project needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage third party risks per policy.
• Engage with Business Unit to define scope and requirements.
• Monitor third party relationships to ensure quality and cost savings.
• Lead or mentor team members on defined projects.
• Coordinate Sourcing Requests and Due Diligence questionnaires.
• Develop measurable supplier performance metrics and reporting.
