The role involves collaborating with business units, risk teams, and vendors to ensure controls, due diligence, and monitoring meet regulatory expectations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in TPRM with experience implementing program solutions, risk scoring, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 10 years of related work experience within risk management.
• Deep understanding of third-party risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with vendor risk management, risk scoring, and executive reporting.
• TPRM certifications such as CTPRP or CTPRA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track program throughput across third-party lifecycle elements (planning, due diligence, monitoring, contracting, termination).
• Ensure enterprise-level process alignment with logging, remediation, and reporting using ServiceNow and Coupa.
• Design and review program artifacts, risk methodologies, and reporting thresholds.
• Guide business partners through lifecycle stages to ensure quality execution.
• Identify gaps and drive continuous improvement across TPRM lifecycle.
• Collaborate with risk domain SMEs, vendors, and relationship managers.
• Provide updates to 2LOD and stakeholders; monitor using KRIs and dashboards.
• Contribute to cross-functional teams on strategy and governance for third-party programs.
