Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) in the St. Louis area to lead end-to-end customer experiences in a defined therapeutic area.

You will address healthcare providers’ needs, educate on Genentech products, and support the national strategy at the local level. The role emphasizes clinical and non-clinical decision-making at the point of care, with a focus on ecosystem solutions and ethical representation of Genentech products.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in sales with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Experience engaging with payers, health systems, and key ecosystem players.
• Proven ability to coach, train, and mentor peers to meet goals and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers in the therapeutic area and identify opportunities within the ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end experience for assigned customers/accounts, driving clinical and non-clinical decision making at the point of care.
