Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) for Breast/Lung Pan Tumor within the Nevada/Utah/Colorado ecosystem. This field-based role serves as the primary contact for healthcare providers, driving ecosystem and therapeutic area strategies at the point of care and providing education on clinical and non-clinical topics.

The TAM will lead end-to-end experiences for assigned accounts, develop solutions across ecosystems including payers and health systems, and ensure compliant product

Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales experience with healthcare professionals across complex healthcare systems.
• Business, scientific or clinical degree at a minimum.
• Experience engaging with payers and health systems, pharma/biotech partners.
• Proven ability to coach, train and mentor peers to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers in the therapeutic area and identify opportunities for ecosystem and therapeutic area strategies at the point of care.
• Lead end-to-end experience for assigned customers/accounts, driving clinical and non-clinical decision making at the point of care and providing education on topics from clinical to non-clinical aspects.
• Proactively develop solutions for complex accounts within and across ecosystems, including academic, delivery network focused, and therapeutic area specific accounts.
• Represent Genentech products ethically and professionally, following guidelines and using approved materials.
• Ensure product access and provide education on product information, appropriate use, as well as on patient assistance and reimbursement resources, triaging to appropriate experts when needed.
