Job summary

Genentech seeks a Therapeutic Area Manager to advance patient outcomes by addressing healthcare practitioners' needs in a defined therapeutic area. You will optimize the ecosystem, educate providers on Genentech products, and gather insights to support national strategy at the local level.

You will lead end-to-end experiences for key accounts, drive clinical and non-clinical decisions at the point of care, and develop solutions across academic, delivery networks, and therapeutic area accounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, science, or clinical field.
• 6+ years in sales with healthcare professionals.
• Experience engaging with payers, health systems, or pharma/biotech ecosystems.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor peers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers in the therapeutic area.
• Lead end-to-end experience for assigned accounts and educate on clinical and non-clinical topics.
• Develop solutions for complex accounts across ecosystems.
• Represent Genentech products ethically and with approved materials.
• Ensure product access and guidance on patient assistance and reimbursement, triaging to experts.
