Job summary

Genentech is seeking a Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) for Neuroimmunology in the Chicago ecosystem. This field-based role will connect with healthcare practitioners, lead end-to-end customer experiences, and drive both clinical and non-clinical education and decision-making at point of care.

The TAM will develop solutions for complex accounts across ecosystems, represent Genentech products ethically, and ensure access with patient assistance and reimbursement resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, science or clinical field.
• 6+ years in a sales role with healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Experience engaging with payers, health systems, and other ecosystem players.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers in the therapeutic area and drive ecosystem strategy.
• Lead end-to-end experience for assigned customers and educate on clinical and non-clinical topics.
• Develop solutions for complex accounts across ecosystems (academic, delivery networks, specialty accounts).
• Represent Genentech products ethically with approved materials.
• Ensure product access and education on product information, reimbursement and patient assistance.
