Molnlycke Health Care is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Keystone region (Western PA / Eastern OH). You will develop relationships with acute care accounts, drive Biogel Gloves sales, and expand existing territory through strategic planning and education.

The role includes coordinating with distributors, reporting, and CRM updates, with significant overnight travel (40-60%). The opportunity offers uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits along with travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with acute care / healthcare accounts in assigned territory.
• Achieve Biogel Gloves Sales targets through consultative selling and planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.
