Mölnlycke Health Care in Pittsburgh is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Surgical Gloves team covering the Keystone Region (Western PA / Eastern OH). You will develop and maintain relationships with acute care accounts, lead consultative selling, and align with distributors and internal teams to drive sales and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Intermediate computer proficiency (CRM, reporting tools).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Biogel Gloves Sales targets through consultative selling, product education, & strategic planning.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is 85-95k. This role is eligible for uncapped commission, car reimbursement and full benefits. Offers of employment consider various factors, including experience, education, location, and role-specific requirements.
