Job summary

City Rent A Truck and City Truck Upfitters are seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive regional growth in the Southwestern U.S. You will develop new business, manage accounts, and execute strategic plans to expand revenue for both rental and upfit services.

You will build relationships, prospect new clients, and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership on regional campaigns while traveling to client sites and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience
• Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business
• Strong negotiation skills
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 25 lbs., conduct vehicle walk-arounds, and stand for extended periods
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Represent the core values of City Rent A Truck and City Truck Upfitters in all interactions
• Prospect new business for rental and upfitting services
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business
• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with company objectives
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within current accounts
• Partner cross-functionally with departments to ensure customer commitments are met
• Represent both brands at trade shows, customer visits, and industry networking events
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership on targeted regional campaigns
• Stay informed on competitive activity and trends within truck rental and upfitting industries
• Support national account relationships in coordination with other sales team members
• Travel to customer sites as needed
• Perform related administrative tasks
