The role requires 5+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical sales, proven territory management success, and the ability to navigate complex purchase cycles with executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Proven success in territory management and account growth.
• Experience selling to hospitals, imaging centers, or IDNs.
• Experience with complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.
• Strong ability to build relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of MEDDICC or Challenger selling approaches preferred.
• Experience in radiopharmaceuticals, nuclear medicine, or diagnostic imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to growth priorities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and renewals.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with stakeholders and next steps.
• Lead strategic account planning across IDNs and health systems.
• Build trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Communicate Jubilant’s value through tailored solutions.
• Support proposals, pricing discussions, and contracts.
• Partner cross-functionally with inside sales, operations, and pharmacy teams.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity in radiopharma.
• Represent Jubilant at customer meetings and events.
