Job summary

Merz Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead sales efforts within a designated territory and build long-term relationships with key hospital and healthcare system stakeholders.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director, execute strategic account plans, and navigate reimbursement environments to expand access for Merz Therapeutics products across communities we serve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years specialty pharmaceutical/biotech sales management experience preferred.
• Hospital sales experience preferred.
• “Buy & Bill” injectable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Merz Therapeutics products within an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop territory and account business plans based on customer needs, market dynamics, and data.
• Maintain up-to-date product, disease state, marketplace and competitor knowledge to identify opportunities.
• Manage customer engagement, account documentation, and data in designated sales systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support territory objectives and access strategies.
