Job summary

Lyra Communications Group is seeking a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to bridge client needs with Lyra's service delivery teams. The role emphasizes growing relationships, maximizing revenue retention, and advising on Lyra's telecom solutions.

You will manage accounts, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with sales and operations to ensure seamless service delivery across voice, data, UCaaS, and cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a customer-facing role within telecom, MSP, or related technology services.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and standard reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of telecom products and managed services (voice, data, UCaaS, connectivity)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to stakeholders.
• High organizational discipline with detailed records and clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, serving as the primary contact for communications and escalations.
• Execute outbound prospecting to generate pipeline within existing accounts and target segments.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned to Lyra's portfolio.
• Track and report key metrics, maintain CRM records, and coordinate with internal teams.
