The incumbent will set program goals, plan milestones, manage budgets, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies while delivering high-quality results across all programs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and set goals for programs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Plan programs from start to finish with deadlines, milestones, and processes.
• Develop or approve budgets and operations.
• Devise evaluation strategies to monitor performance and drive improvements.
• Supervise all program and project managers to provide feedback and resolve issues.
• Identify ways to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Apply change, risk and resource management principles as needed.
• Read reports from managers to track progress and issues.
• Ensure program operations adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Report progress to senior management with detailed updates.
