Congruex in Denver seeks a Senior Director, Strategy and Planning to lead long-term growth initiatives for the Large Programs division, aligning goals with market opportunities, client needs, and industry trends.

The role collaborates with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize resources, financial planning, and project delivery across 5G, fiber, and smart city initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• MBA is preferred for senior leadership roles.
• 10+ years in strategy development, program management, or senior leadership in telecom construction/engineering.
• Proven experience managing large-scale telecom infrastructure projects including fiber and 5G deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategy for the Large Programs division to drive growth and profitability.
• Define division vision, goals, KPIs, and ensure alignment with market demands.
• Identify trends (5G, fiber, smart cities) and integrate into strategic plans.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Lead resource planning and budget alignment with growth projections.
