Congruex is seeking a Senior Director, Strategy and Planning to lead the Large Programs division. You will shape long-term strategy, align resources, and drive profitable growth across telecom infrastructure initiatives including 5G, fiber, and smart city projects.

You will partner with executive leadership, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee risk, budgeting, and performance metrics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Market analysis, financial planning, and resource optimization are core.
• Deep understanding of telecom infrastructure technologies and trends.
• Strong risk management and project management (Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategies for the Large Programs division to drive growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to set vision, goals, and KPIs.
• Identify trends (5G, fiber, smart cities) and integrate into the division's strategy.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decisions.
• Lead a strategic portfolio of large-scale projects aligned with priorities.
• Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and investments for growth.
• Improve operational efficiency by standardizing processes and reducing costs.
• Build relationships with telecom operators, contractors, and partners to support delivery.
