Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking a Project Specialist in Tacoma, WA to manage path planning review, site pictures, and asset integration while coordinating project development across multiple markets. The role involves substantial travel and collaboration with engineering teams and field crews.

Qualified candidates should have experience with aerial/underground construction, maps and diagrams, and strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with aerial and underground construction and fiber networks.
• Ability to read maps, drawings and diagrams for build process.
• Willingness to travel regionally; 75–100% annually.
• Strong customer service, time management, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage path planning review, including site pictures, node integration and resources.
• Define projects from job definitions, network integration needs and connection points.
• Develop Project Packets and drive budgeting for projects.
• Support design team with site plans, asset lists, labor and material needs, permitting requirements/needs.
• Travel locally or nationwide 75–100% with possible overnights.
