Job summary

TAK Broadband is seeking a Business Partner Manager to identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified business partners across multiple regions. You will lead strategic recruitment, nurture partner relationships, and align initiatives with company growth and operational needs.

This full-time role requires travel 20–50% annually, with the potential for evenings and weekends. You will work to expand partnerships with reliability and integrity, driving value for TAK Broadband across the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of telecommunications experience including cable, fiber, or underground construction.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and networking skills with ability to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business partners across multiple regions.
• Evaluate potential partners for safety, fleet needs, personnel qualifications, and overall fit.
• Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective partners through regular engagement and networking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment with organizational goals and growth.
• Create market-specific recruitment plans based on operational needs.
• Lead outreach campaigns via networks, social media, forums, and platforms.
