CFS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of technology-focused projects. This role involves working with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience with complex technology initiatives.
• 5-7+ years in technology services, infrastructure, deployment, or related IT environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of technology projects from initiation through closeout.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resources.
• Coordinate between clients, vendors, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
• Drive projects to completion within budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Monitor scope, risks, issues, and dependencies with proactive resolution.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership and customers.
• Forecast project revenue and costs with financial accountability.
• Lead cross-functional teams toward shared objectives and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships.
