• Experience in Portfolio Management, Programme Management, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Technology Delivery, or related disciplines.
• Proven track record of improving organizational effectiveness through governance and operating model design.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and operational skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Understanding of technology-enabled transformation, agile delivery, and organizational change.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted partnerships across Product, Technology, Customer Experience, Commercial, Operations, and Finance to align priorities and accelerate execution.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and investment decisions, balancing business value, strategic objectives, organizational readiness, and delivery capacity.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives through execution, delivering sustainable business value and impact.
• Drive organizational maturity by improving governance, decision-making, operating models, processes, and ways of working.
• Deliver executive insights and performance intelligence that enable data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor and change leader, strengthening organizational effectiveness and the adoption of new ways of working.
