Peraton is seeking a cleared Technology Integration Lead to serve as the operational and strategic core of the CTO office in Reston, VA, with travel as needed. You will translate strategy into execution, ensure focus across a diverse technical and business organization, and drive roadmap-driven initiatives across IRAD, transfer, and program enablement.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility. The candidate must maintain the clearance.
• Demonstrated experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or technical operations within the defense or intelligence community.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining technology roadmaps that align business, customer, and technology perspectives.
• Experience managing IRAD or R&D portfolios from proposal evaluation through execution and transition.
• Strong understanding of defense acquisition processes and how technology investments translate to competitive advantage.
• Experience mentoring or developing technical talent, including career development, training program design, or workforce planning.
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills, with the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders and drive alignment across organizational boundaries.
• Full-time availability with flexibility for hybrid work and travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop, govern, and maintain technology roadmaps in partnership with emergent technology community and sector stakeholders.
• Translate roadmaps into actionable inputs for capture strategies, proposal development, and program planning.
• Balance near-term customer readiness with longer-term technology priorities and emerging trends.
• Execute the IRAD strategy set by the CTO, managing the full lifecycle from ideation through investment decision to project execution.
• Own the vetting process, evaluating proposals for technical merit, business alignment, customer relevance, and growth potential with SMEs and sector stakeholders.
• Maintain visibility into the sector-wide IRAD portfolio, identifying gaps, overlaps, and opportunities to consolidate or expand.
• Track and communicate business impact metrics so leadership knows what the portfolio is producing.
• Build and sustain relationships with peer sectors and internal organizations to identify technologies, tools, and approaches that could strengthen Space sector capabilities.
• Drive technology transfer from Peraton Labs and other enterprise organizations into sector programs and pursuits.
• Create mechanisms for capturing and disseminating lessons learned, best practices, and reusable technical assets.
