Ally Financial is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide complex IT projects within the Auto Originations domain. This role requires directing cross-functional teams, managing scope, and delivering on-time solutions aligned with business goals.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, optimize resources, and oversee finances to ensure high-quality outcomes. The position emphasizes autonomous problem solving, effective communication with executives, and adherence to Ally PMO processes.

Formación

• 5+ years Delivery Lead experience in enterprise IT projects, PMP preferred.
• Knowledge and use of AI tools to improve efficiencies and manage dependencies.
• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments.
• Auto Originations business domain understanding is preferred.
• MS Office Suite with Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver solutions on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Collaborate with senior management to define objectives and scope.
• Define project schedule and resource needs for cost-effective delivery.
• Direct staff and coordinate internal and vendor teams.
• Manage project finances and monitor monthly forecasts.
• Maintain scope and schedule throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate cadence to IT and business stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to closure.
• Support business in acceptance and procurement processes.
• Create governance artifacts and adhere to PMO guidelines.
