Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a Delivery Lead to provide direction and oversight for IT project teams designing, developing, and deploying technology solutions. The role requires managing scope, schedule, cost, and risk while coordinating with executive stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in delivery leadership, a Bachelor's in CS/IS or equivalent, and PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
PMP preferred
Experience delivering complex IT projects

Responsibilities

Provide direction and oversight to project teams to design, develop, and deploy Technology solutions
Manage project schedule, costs, resource utilization, deliverable quality, and risk/issue resolution
Lead project team and communicate scope, progress, and issues to stakeholders at various levels
Define project schedule and resourcing, allocate staff, and manage budgets to meet objectives
Ensure adherence to Ally PMO guidelines and software development lifecycle methodologies
Coordinate procurement of Statements of Work and Change requests
Develop governance artifacts for reviews and tollgates
