Ally Financial is seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to oversee complex IT projects, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of technology solutions. The role emphasizes AI-enabled efficiency, stakeholder collaboration, and strong PM practices.

Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree are required; the position offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program and opportunities for growth within Ally's technology ecosystem.

Formación

• 7+ years of delivery lead experience in an enterprise IT environment.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiencies in project work.
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment.
• Auto Originations business acumen and understanding of business drivers.
• Extensive experience delivering complex projects within budget and scope.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles and PM methodologies/tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including with executives.
• Financial forecasting and management acumen.
• Negotiation and consensus-building with stakeholders.
• Resource planning and management acumen.
• Strong risk management and issue-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office with emphasis on Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Collaborate with senior management to solidify project objectives and scope.
• Define project schedules and resourcing to cost-effectively achieve goals.
• Direct staff to accomplish tasks and ensure effective utilization.
• Manage project budgets and financials to stay within plan.
• Monitor and update monthly actuals and forecasts; adjust estimates as needed.
• Maintain governance artifacts and change control per PMO guidelines.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues to closure.
• Support procurement and contract-related processes.
