Job summary

Ally Financial is seeking a Delivery Lead to guide project teams in designing, building, and deploying technology solutions that meet business needs. You may lead a single large program or several smaller initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high quality.

You will collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and vendor partners, define schedules and staffing, manage finances, and monitor forecasts. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 7+ years delivering enterprise IT projects.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions that meet business objectives with on-time delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with senior management and executives to define scope and objectives.
