Job summary

Day-Wireless-1 is seeking a Division Manager to oversee day-to-day technical and operational performance, directly supervising technicians, Field Service Managers and others supporting LMR, DAS and ERCES systems.

You will drive contract growth, manage renewals, lead large projects, coordinate with service, project, technical and sales teams, conduct site walks, and oversee subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electronics or wireless systems repair; plus minimum four years related work experience in electronic communications repair.
• FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License (GROL) required.
• ETA-Certified Service Manager (CSM) preferred; OEM certifications welcome.
• Driver’s license and passport valid for travel outside the United States.

Responsibilities

• Grow the service contract revenue business annually.
• Maintain current and contract renewal program.
• Lead RFP/Q responses from service perspective and quote services; ensure understanding of SOW and post-sale requirements.
• Directly reports to the ASM and primarily oversees SeaTac with statewide responsibilities.
• Collaborate with service managers, project managers, technical leads, and the sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Provide project oversight and manage subcontractors; generate quotations and oversee projects.
