Job summary

Hightouch, based in San Francisco, seeks a recruiter to join the foundational recruiting team. You will be a strategic partner to the organization, defining hiring needs, projecting growth, and shaping talent strategy.

You will build a humming pipeline across GTM roles and collaborate with hiring managers to close top candidates in a competitive market. You will source, prescreen, and present opportunities, manage the candidate experience, and help define closing strategies to secure the best

Qualifications

• 3+ years in-house recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring technical sales roles (Solutions Engineers, Technical Account Managers).
• Able to represent Hightouch credibly with candidates in a competitive market.
• Strong ability to build and maintain a reliable hiring pipeline.
• Proven track record sourcing candidates through multiple channels (referrals, inbound, outreach).
• Excellent collaboration with hiring managers and recruiters to close roles.

Responsibilities

• Define talent needs based on projected growth and team structure.
• Source and prescreen candidates, presenting qualified options to hiring managers.
• Partner with GTM leaders to align recruiting with business priorities.
• Ensure a smooth, efficient recruiting process from outreach to offer.
• Identify closing strategies and facilitate offers and negotiations.
• Provide candidates with clear information to help them decide to join Hightouch.
