Job summary

Adams is seeking a high-performing technical sales professional to grow territory and expand market share in industrial automation. You will help manufacturers and OEM machine builders improve reliability, automation, and machine performance while building relationships and driving solutions with Adams’ automation offerings.

Responsibilities include developing new customer relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Adams as a trusted adviser to plant engineers and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Experience selling to engineers and operations teams is essential.
• Ability to communicate effectively with plant engineers and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer relationships in manufacturing and OEM markets.
• Expand Adams’ footprint within existing strategic accounts.
• Uncover opportunities for automation, motion, and reliability solutions.
• Position Adams as a trusted technical advisor to plant teams.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using HubSpot CRM.
