Job summary

As an Technical Recruiter at Candid Health, you’ll serve as a strategic partner and advisor to our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations, with a primary focus on full lifecycle recruiting for both specialized and generalist Software Engineers. You’ build the rocket ship as we fly, helping us double our technical teams within the next year.

What You’ll Be Doing

Location

We are an in-person culture. We believe the best work happens when we are in the same room and our ideal weekly schedule is 4 days working from one of our offices (San Francisco, New York, or Denver) and 1 day working remotely.

Pay Transparency

The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Candid Health’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Further note that Candid Health has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
