Responsibilities

• Sit in on mid-level hiring to keep the org chart matching the strategy.
• Own the relationship with the Candidate Experience vendor so it stops being a fire drill.
• Field the awkward question in the QBR and have the data ready.
• Find the friction in the Myrtle Beach customer journey and bill it back to a fix.
• Facilitate cross-departmental projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Align go-to-market plans with broader Content Creation Corp commercial strategy.
