Capital Vacations, LLC in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and owner services call center roles. You will partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source candidates, and deliver a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or call center environments, with strong sourcing and communication skills.

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for corporate positions and call center environments.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience working within an applicant tracking system.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through onboarding.
• Recruit for corporate departments including administrative, finance, human resources, marketing, technology, customer service, and owner services call center positions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide recruiting guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate interviews, offer presentations, background checks, and onboarding activities.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress.
• Promote Capital Vacations as an employer of choice within the community and through various recruiting channels.
