Qualifications

• 5–10 years managing requirements for large, cross-functional projects.
• Experience writing user stories, use cases, and workflows.
• Experience in securities/financial services domain preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for product and IT partners to document resource demand.
• Manage readiness backlog and align with workforce planning.
• Coordinate internal release board and track commitments.
• Manage intake backlog and assist with prioritization.
• Coordinate cross-team defects and warranty issues.
• Produce department-wide pipeline and priority reporting.
• Track production release of all committed work.
• Maintain Product Catalog documentation.
• Assist in domain rollout.
• Drive process improvements and retrospectives.
• Understand business and technical dependencies.
