Job summary

Nextonic Solutions LLC is seeking a Program/Project Management professional to provide end-to-end support for IT-enabled scientific initiatives under a federal contract in Bethesda, MD. You will coordinate technical activities, develop dashboards, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of contract tasks.

The role requires strong coordination with Federal Task Leads (FTLs) and CORs, and the ability to maintain schedules, risk registers, and status reports across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Must be able to manage cost, schedule and performance across multiple tasks.
• Experience with contract and task management and budget reporting.
• Ability to develop and maintain dashboards for program administration and budgeting.
• Strong liaison skills with federal staff and contract teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project management support for IT-enabled scientific initiatives.
• Coordinate technical activities, system sustainment and platform enhancements for NCATS divisions.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, risk registers and status reports.
• Coordinate deliverables and monitor performance to align with contract requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, briefings and track action items.
