KLA is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project/Program Manager to lead a portfolio of mature wafer inspection products, focusing on extending product life and ensuring parts supportability to meet business objectives.

You will manage cross-functional teams across product marketing, supply chain, product support, engineering, and finance, with ROI-driven decisions and a mix of agile and waterfall methods, including AI tool adoption to boost efficiency.

Competenze

• BS in engineering from an accredited school.
• 7+ years of technology industry experience.
• 2–3 years of team management experience.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and drive projects that ensure continuity of spare parts supply and inform business decisions on prioritization and investment.
• Develop a strong understanding of supported products to make sound technical and business decisions, including ROI analysis and funding requirements.
• Assess, mitigate, and retire risks effectively.
• Present program updates and checkpoint presentations to senior and executive management.
• Adapt to both agile and traditional waterfall project management models.
• Leverage new and emerging technologies, including AI tools, to increase efficiency and productivity in planning, executing, and closing projects and programs.
