KLA seeks a senior TPM leader to own the multi-year Plan of Record (POR) for the Actinic EUV Mask Inspection product family. You will lead the PLC-driven planning, coordinate a team of Technical Project Managers, and ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery across engineering and external partners.

You will drive the POR execution, coordinate executive readiness materials, and partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality to resolve issues. This role is based in Milpitas, CA.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical discipline required.
• 10+ years of hardware or semiconductor systems development experience.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Product Lifecycle Committee (PLC) planning process to generate the POR for the Actinic EUV Mask Inspection product family.
• Manage a team of Technical Project Managers who support subsystem teams on POR generation.
• Drive POR execution and review to meet milestones, cost, and performance targets.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, facilities and services leadership to resolve POR execution issues.
