KLA is seeking a Product Supportability Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that ensure long-term product and service continuity across the installed base in the United States. You will partner with Product Divisions, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Legal, and Service teams to identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting.

This role focuses on lifecycle integration, readiness reviews, and strengthening global service

Competenze

Doctorate/Master's/Bachelor's degree plus related work experience per the minimum qualifications
Experience coordinating cross-functional programs across engineering, supply chain, and service organizations is preferred
Ability to present program status and risks to senior leadership is essential

Mansioni

Lead strategic initiatives to ensure long-term product and service continuity across the installed base.
Coordinate complex programs with Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Legal, and Compliance stakeholders.
