Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, physics, materials science or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, product marketing, product management, applications engineering or related roles.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes, yield management and advanced packaging technologies.
• Experience marketing or supporting software products, analytics platforms, or manufacturing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product marketing strategies for advanced packaging software.
• Define compelling value propositions and messaging, and create sales enablement materials.
• Engage with customers to gather Voice of Customer insights and translate into product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, Applications Engineering and Sales to align strategy and roadmap.
• Support pricing, forecasting, lifecycle management and cross-functional launches.
