Job summary

KLA is seeking a seasoned software leader for its BBP group in Milpitas, CA. You will drive software development for wafer inspection systems and coordinate across software, systems, algorithms and applications teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

You will engage with marketing and global customers to gather requirements, validate solutions and support field deployment while managing risks and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience as specified.
• Experience leading software development for wafer inspection or related capital equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Iterative and Waterfall methodologies; strong communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of software for wafer inspection systems across software, systems, algorithms and applications teams.
• Collaborate with hardware and firmware teams to integrate software features into capital equipment platforms.
• Interface with Marketing and global customers to gather requirements, validate solutions and support deployment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with business goals.
