Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to coordinate support for the Air Force’s ABMS division. You will work with subject matter experts across logistics, configuration management, test, software engineering, and model-based systems engineering to ensure interoperable interfaces across services and DoD partners.

Position is on-site in Beavercreek, OH with 10–20% travel. You will lead cross-mission architecture development, own deliverables and schedules, and support leadership

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
• BS in a technical field (CS or EE preferred).
• 3+ years in technical execution.
• 5+ years of project management.
• Strong program management background with ability to learn mission system software architectures.
• Ability to own deliverables, cost, and schedule.
• Experience with classified programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage data-driven process to rationalize government-owned reference standards.
• Leads steering group to identify opportunities and deficiencies for rationalization.
• Process owner of a Change Request workflow to modify, combine, deprecate, create or adopt standards.
• Perform technical leadership of an industry consortium as a CLIN lead.
• Conduct and develop products in Working Groups addressing ABMS design, production and integration.
• Build understanding of adversarial threats-based kill chains facing US assets.
• Facilitate resolutions of issues related to system-of-systems integration.
• Develop and maintain mission architecture interface requirements for ABMS programs.
• Develop cross-mission architecture through roadmaps and architectures.
• Evaluate trade-space and map requirements for enterprise architectures.
• Develop candidate architectures to reduce cost by consolidating functions.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from system-of-systems integration events.
