Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a highly capable Program Manager to support the ABMS Digital Infrastructure Program Office. You will function as a deputy project lead, coordinating acquisition activities, development and testing, and program office operations while supporting cross-functional teams.

The role requires extensive program management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex defense programs in a remote work setting with travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of program or acquisition management experience.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of NIL supporting Network and Digital Infrastructure efforts.
• Active TS/SCI with SAP eligibility required for role.

Responsibilities

• Lead team integration activities to ensure readiness and cohesion between Digital Infrastructure elements.
• Oversee SharePoint, Teams, Jira, and Confluence to support collaboration and data organization.
• Assist with acquisition planning, documentation, and milestone decision support across programs.
• Track action items, manage taskers, and support oversight boards to maintain operational cadence.
• Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments; identify mission gaps and mitigation strategies for leadership.
• Analyze workflows and SOPs; propose lean improvements to enhance Branch efficiency.
