Leave Your Mark is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional, data-driven programs across our product and engineering teams, impacting patient outcomes and market expansion. You will own program execution from requirements grooming to releases, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned.

You’ll translate complex architectures into actionable plans, collaborating with product, clinical operations, and data science to deliver high-quality software on schedule.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years in healthcare technology or similarly regulated environments.
• Experience shipping ML or data-intensive systems end-to-end.
• Experience launching new products with product and engineering.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and PM best practices.
• Strong data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale technical programs from planning to launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, clinical operations.
• Plan and conduct release management and grooming ceremonies with Operations.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
• Continuously improve program management processes for efficiency.
• Interpret architecture and dependencies across data platform, software, data science.
• Travel up to 10% for onsite meetings and events.
