Job summary

tailorcare2023 is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end, cross-functional technical initiatives for a specialty-care platform focused on improving outcomes for patients with joint, back, and muscle conditions.

You will partner with product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams to ship high-quality releases on time and help expand into new markets, translating architecture and dependencies into informed engineering decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program management experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years in healthcare technology, or equivalent experience leading complex programs in regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated success launching new products alongside product and engineering teams.
• Working knowledge of Agile frameworks, strong Jira experience, and the ability to use data and analytics to surface risks.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; willingness to travel up to 10% for onsite meetings, team collaboration, and company events.
