Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, technical dependencies, and Data Migration delivery processes.
• Serve as the primary interface between Sales, Project Managers, Resource Management, and delivery teams for project intake, scheduling, prioritization, and delivery coordination.
• Manage project demand, resource forecasting, and capacity planning to balance workload and commitments.
• Coordinate Data Migration go-live readiness and execution with project managers and delivery teams.
