Qualifications
- Experience leading complex projects across multiple teams and domains.
- Proven ability to align delivery with business goals and success metrics.
- Knowledge of data migration, ETL, and healthcare technology domains.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage project scheduling and capacity planning across portfolios.
- Coordinate with Sales, PMs, Customer Success, and delivery teams.
- Drive governance, risk management, and go-live readiness for Data Migration.
- Maintain dashboards, templates, and project documentation.
- Lead post-mortems and continuous improvement for delivery efficiency.
- Identify AI opportunities to improve scheduling, reporting, and visibility.
