Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Strong command of program management practices, governance, RAID, dependency management, and delivery metrics.
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support program workflows with strong validation.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and partners without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop program plans with requirements, milestones, dependencies, resourcing, and timelines.
• Partner with leaders and product/engineering to define scope, objectives, success metrics, and operating plans.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate risks; address roadblocks; implement contingency plans.
• Support resource planning and budget management, ensuring delivery discipline across teams and vendors.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Champion agile delivery practices, facilitate planning and retrospectives, remove impediments.
• Use data-driven analysis to assess health, throughput, and outcomes; identify improvements.
• Establish leadership operating rhythms, prepare executive-ready communications, and ensure follow-through in Chief of Staff capacity.
• Promote consistent agile standards and reporting; support portfolio/PI/quarterly planning.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, validate outputs, and protect data sensitivity.
