Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager – Chief of Staff within Product Management BET to guide strategic initiatives and ensure disciplined execution across platforms.

You will partner with senior leaders to balance ideas and operational plans, drive resource allocation, and manage an integrated Book of Work tied to OKRs, while leveraging AI-enabled processes for risk synthesis and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program/project/technology management, consulting, operations, or a combination of these.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and work with senior leaders.
• Strong in Resource Management; Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Risk and Controls; and Partnership and Influence.
• Experience translating complex information into clear action plans.
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence across seniorities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted confidant and partner to the PM domain leader, balancing ideas and operational strategies.
• Prepare for executive sessions and internal processes with topic ownership and storytelling.
• Drive the Book of Work for engineering teams aligned to OKRs and integrated roadmap.
• Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting practices.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Management for communications and governance.
• Manage resources and track headcount and financials to budget and maintain hygiene.
• Create and maintain cadenced processes for consistent execution of deliverables.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations and materials for executive decisions.
• Conduct talent management sessions and promotion radar reviews.
