Job summary

Snap Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager who is a hands-on leader at the intersection of software engineering, data analytics, and program execution.

You will lead complex cross-functional programs as a single-threaded owner, shaping roadmaps with engineering and product leadership, and delivering outcomes that power our products and infrastructure. You’ll write Python notebooks, build dashboards, and drive automation to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CS, Math, Stats or equivalent.
• 6+ years leading cross-functional engineering/data programs.
• 3+ years as Technical Program Manager.
• Proven track record of large-scale programs across distributed teams.
• Strong Python and SQL, data-driven decisions.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs spanning multiple engineering orgs.
• Own full lifecycle from ideation to execution and ops excellence.
• Shape roadmaps with engineering and product leadership.
• Use Python, SQL, dashboards to guide programs with data.
• Mentor junior TPMs and engineers to scale performance.
